He worked for Kinko's as a technical manager and Xerox for
6 years providing technical sales and electronic network printing, image
processing support to customers at Microsoft, Nordstrom & Eddie Bauer. He
also helped implemented electronic files for On Demand Printing, Web submission,
electronic archiving of digital documents, document scanning and
coordination of document processing, electronically manipulate scanned
image using proprietary processing software, system management and
support.
Proficient in formatting electronic documents, scan
documents into digital format, image retouching and correction of scanned
documentation, assemble complete electronic documents from individual
bitmap scans and TIFF files, and digitally edit documents. Manage multiple
print queues and electronic document workflow. Download files from
multiple network servers, convert source format into appropriate PDLs,
postscript to TIFF conversions, print multiple PDLs and document file
types. Download and maintain current font libraries on network printers
troubleshoot and resolve network print errors as a result of file format
incompatibility, network or hardware failure.

managed Xerox Microsoft account with 45 employees on 3 shifts. Responsible
for recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, account growth, account
retention, employee recognition, project management, basic finance, web
tool design and management. I worked on several committees-recognition,
rapid response, CAM Camp 2000. She created a learning journey for my
employees to help with their career growth, which was adopted around the
nation. I also planned all Recognition events for Northwest
Operations and worked on several National events.
She
has almost 10 years in the legal field and commercial real estate.
Responsibilities included supervising the Support Services Department,
assisting Operations Manager with a variety of operational and personnel
functions, notary public processing, liaison with Property Management,
social function coordinator and human resource management. Lead a team of
seven employees in the Xerox Office Services Department for Karr Tuttle
Campbell Law Firm. I was responsible for coordinating staff, equipment and
supplies for all services that the department provided. These services
included copying, mail, faxing and outside deliveries. I was also
responsible for maintaining relations with our customer, Karr Tuttle
Campbell.
At Grubb and Ellis Real Estate she work
with tenant relations, assisting Vice President with a variety of
administrative functions, production of sales presentations, accounts
payable and liaison with corporate office. |
